So I woke up this morning and started cleaning up my place a bit. I cleaned for a good three to four hours or so and stepped outside to take a reading break when someone called my name. I turn around and see a friend of mine I haven't seen in a while or haven't had an opportunity to talk at any length with if I do see her. She was with her two daughters (ages five and two) and they invited me to the library with them for an hour or so, and then out to a little get together with some mutual friends we share way out in the country and then was going to come back into town with her kids to see the children's movie playing in the park that night. Cool, I could handle getting out for a little bit thinking I could be home by eight peeem. But I'm just now getting home after midnight. I had a good time and all but I got STUCK!!!! I hate that shit. I never want to come across like the bitch that has to go home. But I had to end up being brought home by someone else who is just gonna turn around and drive the thirty or so minute drive back out there. Boy do I feel like an inconvenience. Anyway things worked out fine enough. I just hadn't planned on being away from the house THIS long today....how y'all doing?
