Thanks to Saede for helping me to come up with some important physical information about Kagura. I feel that it turned out nice.
note: phone club is sort of like a service where salary men call on school girls for "dates" I don't personally approve of this type of thing, but I also don't disavow it's existence.

Fashion taste: Her favorite dress is a black lace outfit that she got as the last thing from her parents. When she’s not wearing her school uniform, wandering somewhere dirty, or playing in the band, she’ll wear the dress. Wearing a loose ribbon weaved through her hair in those times. Otherwise, she tends to wear dresses, but a pair of short pants underneath the skirt. Likes the warm sweater jacket she convinced Taka to buy her as well.
Personality: Innocent and young in appearance, Kagura is one that is wise beyond her years. Coming from a seemingly rich background, she wanders the city, particularly tied to Taka (and Taka tied to her in some strange way). Even though Taka sees her as a sister, there’s a strange sort of love between him and her. She holds a crush for him from the time he saved her. Even though Kagura looks to be of the upper crust, there is a lot of life she has experienced, and hardships aren’t foreign to her.
