*Tsunade has managed to make it the the basement, where she finds the switchbox that had been tampered with.
She switches on the ones that are still intact-
The lights go back on and she looks over the board to figure out what hasn't gone on.*

*Back in her office, she switches on the PA to deliver a message-*
I HOPE WHOEVER TURNED OUT THE POWER IS HAPPY. THE HEAT WON'T BE COMING BACK ON. AND WHO KNOWS WHEN WE'LL BE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED.
*If you need her, she'll be in her office sitting in her coat and scarf and gloves, drinking her sake and making sure the heat lamp to Katsuyu's terrarium doesn't go out.*
