Anyway, I read the userinfo, and I understand how the community works.. but, I didn't see where to request that I be put on a waiting list?
Just to make sure I understand correctly.. I get put on the waiting list.. and as soon as I see a layout I want, I request it by the comments under the layout (if it's available)?

Yes, that is the idea. :) If you are looking for an unpaid layout you must request here. (feel free to look through the previoulsy done layouts to find a template you like) otherwise, if you're looking for a paid style, you will have to comment underneath an AVAILABLE style. :)
