Level 1 Day 5

Soo I had planned to do this workout for 30 days straight. But after working 12 hours on Saturday doing my workout for that day kind of went on the back burner. I really freaked out because I had pumped myself up that no matter what for the next 30 days I was going to follow this workout and do it. I felt like I had taken a step in the wrong direction and definite anxiety about failing my diet freaked me out. But my boyfriend supported me through my spaz out and I woke up this morning and did my workout. It had to have been the best workout I have had with this video so far. When I weighed in at the doctors last monday I weighed in at 242 pounds I weighed myself this morning on my scale it said 230lbs. A 12 pound weight lost would be fantastic but I am assuming that their is a difference between my scale and theirs. But a loss is a loss and I am proud of myself for sticking with a workout for this long. Hoping to see a smaller number next week to! Thank you all for your support!
