Next 3 months....
I went to the doctors today I weighed in at 242lbs. I talked to her about my rapid weight gain this time last year I weighed in at 202. As she was looking at my charts she realized that I was on the Depo birth control shot and one of the side affects is gaining weight. We both agreed if for the next three months I will diet and exercise and I do not see any weight loss she is going to switch me to a different birth control. So now I am working out a exercise schedule that I have to stick to and looking for a good diet plan. It was scary for her to put my fear into words that if I stayed at the weight I am now I am increasing my risk for all kinds of diseases. It was kind of the cold splash of water in the face that I needed for reality to set in. So hopefully for the next three months I will see some kind of weight loss. Heres to new eating habits and exercise!
