[ A small animal hand covers a portion of the shot while a young bald monk and the fluffy white fur he is laying on take up the rest. The device is tilted and in constant motion while Aang's pet flying lemur, Momo examines it thoroughly. Oh yeah, that's pretty common. I was pretty mad when I first showed up.

Most people call it the device. It's this little magical thing that allows you to talk to all kinds of people who live her.

It's okay... We can figure this out. [ His tone is telling another story all together. This situation is pretty bad, but he knows complaining would accomplish nothing. He couldn't give into the hopelessness that was trying to settle in. ]

[ Thank goodness. He wants some real interaction. ] There's a pretty big fountain and-- [ Looking around again. ] a lot of shops around. There are a lot of pigeons hanging around too.

[ With that cryptic remark, she's off to find him. She'll be showing up in about fifteen minutes or so, cheerfully barefoot and easygoing as usual. ]

[ While Toph is on her way Aang uses the time to examine his surroundings some more. The shops seem interesting enough, but he's careful not to stray too far from Appa, never letting the bison leave his site. After a loop around the square he lands next to the fountain and uses Waterbending to stop one of the jets from shooting water. When enough pressure builds up Aang drops his hand and grins at the powerful blast of water shooting toward the sky. ]

It looks like my bending works fine here. [ He's still smiling when the water from the blast hits him, Momo and Appa. ] Sorry guys. [ Good thing Aang is the best and quickest dryer in the universe. ]

Toph should be here any minute now. [ Why not try to see her coming with his feet? It's too bad he isn't even close to being as good as Toph is at this; shoes or no shoes. ]
