Maybe she could let this one live. But she had seen him kick the poor dog and knew that once a filthy human harmed an animal, they never stopped unless they were stopped. Kat smirked. She was living in a fantasy if she entertained the thought there was any way to stop these assholes other than death. If they lived, they'd hurt innocents again. She wouldn't let that happen.
He screamed as she blasted him. Kat O'Hara grinned as her fire engulfed his very bones. She carried his victim home where her loving hands would nurse him back to health.
