Canon: Kirby (Dreamland 3, 64, Return to Dream Land)
Characters: Magolor, allusions to
Dark Matter and
Zero (Zero is kind of a bloody mess, so use caution when viewing that Wiki page)
Prompt: mind over matter, dark
Rating: Still pretty G
Notes: Spoilers for Kirby's Return to Dream Land!
This is me playing with the popular theory that Maggie Magolor, the primary antagonist of Kirby's Return to Dream Land, is connected to recurring Kirby baddies Dark Matter and Zero, due to Magolor's second boss form having
some eye in its teeth.
He doesn’t consider himself part of the species. Underneath his clothes he looks the same as they, and his past, too, has been scrapped from their conjectures, but he is not a member of their obsolete collective. He is not a creation of their deceased leader. He is from the world in which he first became aware, where his memories were formed--not from a world he knows by legend alone, a world where he was made, allegedly, by a being who failed twice to conquer it. No, Magolor cannot have come from failure. He knows destiny is to succeed.
