No, that's not it. Listen Usopp, this is very important, even if it's crazy to hear. Apparently this shitty place can bring us here from different time lines.

Chopper is a good example of that, and even though Zoro remembers Caimie-chan, he doesn't remember her being kidnapped or the shit that happened afterward.

It's not an island, at least not one from our world. It's a 'dreamworld'. From what I've heard people come here when we either fall asleep in our own world or...or if we've died.
