"Are you sure George didn't hear?"
Fred pulled the comforter closer around their naked bodies and pulled Lisa close. "I'm positive. I did the spell myself. Why are you so worried?"
Lightning flashed as a storm raged on outside and she cuddled closer to him. "Well, you're not the only one living here. And he doesn't bring his girlfriend over almost every night."
"That problem is easily solved."
"How so?" She sat up and rested herself on her elbows, the sheet covering her chest.
"Simple." He sat up behind her and began kissing her shoulders. "Move in. Then I wouldn't be bringing you over. You'd already be here."
"You mean it?"
More lightning, followed by thunder caused her to jump.
"Yes. I mean it." He rubbed her shoulders to calm her.
"But what about my job? You know the condition. I can only continue working at Gringotts if I stay in the provided flat."
"So quit."
"You want me to quit my job? What about money?"
"The shop is doing great. You don't need to work. But if you really want to, you can balance the books. George and I are both pants at math."
"Are you sure George won't mind?"
"I'm positive," he assured her. There was another clap of thunder and she jumped again. "You're around all the time anyway. It's not like it'll be any different."
She sat silent for a moment and Fred lay back down, allowing her time to think. After a few minutes, she joined him on the pillow and ran her hand along his arm. "Then I guess it's a good thing you two have separate bedrooms."
"Are you saying yes?"
"You'll have to clean out some closet space, you know."
He sat up quickly and looked down at her. "Lisa, are you saying yes?"
Grinning up at him, she nodded. "Yes. I'm saying yes."
"Whoo hoo!" he yelled, jumping on the bed.
"Fred! Fred! Calm down," Lisa laughed, pulling on his arm.
He smiled and leaned over her. "I love you," he said before bending down to kiss her soundly.
"I love you too," she said after he pulled back. "Now come on. I'm tired. Let's get some sleep."
"We'll start moving tomorrow, okay?" She nodded and Fred pulled her into him and they settled into sleep, dreaming about what it would be like from then on.
