I started trying to eat better about two weeks post-partum, not dieting, just not stuffing my face with every starch in sight the way I was doing the last leg of my pregnancy. Congrats on your new wee girl. Know that not everything is reflected within the same 24hr period... while weighing daily at the same time is a great idea, you may get some confusing results if you try to connect the next days numbers to what you ate/did the day before...

Hey - the best thing about a new baby girl... a natural weight that gets heavier as you get stronger :) Yay weight resistance training!

Yes, I do notice sometimes it takes two days to reflect unless I have an absurd amount of starch and bloat immediately!
