Food, Food and more Food

From now on I am going to post ever day.
I will explain in detail what I ate throughout the whole day.
This will help me because I can back track and see what I should have left out of my diet, when I indulge and when I am eating healthy. Think this is a good idea or no?

I will begin with today. Today was bad day I must admit.
How ever..

Breakfast
1 blueberry muffine
1 peice of shepards pie
1/2 peice of bannan bread

Lunch
1 bowl of pralines and cream ice cream
1 bag of these small crispy chips
tiny peice of lemon cake/bread
one rice crispy with ice cream in the middle (my own little concauction (s.p)

Dinner
1 nectarine
small bite of chicken and steak
1 no fat vanilla yogurt
2 peices of crab with saefood sauce

*Today I ate too much and I know I did because I felt sick to my stomach.
SO I rode my bike to the bridge and those of you who do not know where I live....right by Brennan. The whole ride took 40 minutes; 20 Minutes to the bridge and then back. Then I did a major abb workout, pushups, leg weights and now I am going to work my back, butt and abbs on the pillates ball.
I also drank about 4 bottles of water and a cup of white tea. I think I am going to have another cup of tea, bottle of water and then ride my bike to work tomorrow.
Yes I am back on track.

P.S. I do ride my bike to the YMCA and back every day for work. Yes...I know I am addicted to excersice but it's all good =)
Oh and yesterday Andrew asked me to the movies, we saw Wedding Crashers and it was super funny. When I got up after the movie was finished I asked him if there was anything on my butt, he said no but asked why. SO I explained "well Andrew a few days ago my "thing" was due, so I'm just making sure it didn't come". He replied with too much information, I then said "well Andrew you did ask " =) DO you guys think I was out of line?
