6. Weird - these flowers make me uncomfortable; found at a cemetery.
12. Wooden - shipping flats at a scrap metal yard
14. Shine - lots of different things shining near a local gas station/snack bar.
34. Faith - If you look at the crosses on the roof, you'd swear this was a church, except that no church around here has a parking lot this full! It seems that people have more faith in the casino.
Please excuse poor photo quality. I was trying to learn how to use the night feature on my camera and obviously haven't learned properly. I really had to play with the exposure and contrast to use this photo at all, and it's resulted in a lot of grain on the picture.
64. Words - This was not intended for this community, yet it fit. "Tranquility" is the name of the small community that used to be in this location; the gate is the threshold of its small cemetery. Now the gateway overlooks upon a car dealership; but the tiny cemetery has so far been preserved.
83. Inspiration - The thing that inspires me to photograph most happily is the juxtaposition of the rural or the natural with the distinctly manufactured or urban. The bright colours of this photo, taken in a local scrap metal yard, and the fact that this urban-born chick is very allergic to the goldenrod plant in it, helped me decide to use this picture.
84. Hole - This is where the Bagginses would live if they were forced to reside in a scrap metal yard.
93. Surprise - Found at the back of the scrap metal yard. Who on earth takes a full tub of Turtles ice cream out to eat and forgets it's there?!
