3. Overlook
This is what you see when you look over at the falls tumbling over the very brink - it's scary and amazing at the same time to see all that water going over the edge. The speed of the water is mind-boggling.
15. Delicious
A street called Clifton Hill is home to every tacky tourist attraction and store in Niagara Falls. These treats were advertised in colourful fashion and caught my eye:
31. Suspended
This huge ferris wheel, with enclosed cars reminiscent of the London Eye, was visible from all over Niagara Falls.
36. Electric
The Falls have long been harnessed as one of southern Ontario's greatest electricity providers, supplying hundreds of thousands of households with hydro-electric power. In the rear of this photo there is an ancient generating station which may still be used for all I know.
43. Green
What could be greener than Frankenstein's monster eating a Whopper atop a Burger King restaurant on Niagara Falls' Clifton Hill? Do note that it's conveniently located next to Frankenstein's House of Horrors!
60. Up
We parked beneath the Skylon Tower, which is used as both an observation tower and a revolving restaurant, and the parking lot of which had the lowest rates of any lot we saw - $5 for all-day parking!
97. Climb
Mimicking the ascent of the Hollywood primate, King Kong looks ferocious atop the Empire State Building. Actually, the whole photo is sideways, as the faux building lay parallel to the street, on its side, but turned around makes a lovely shot for 'climb'.
