Thank you. You know I had to finish up before NaNo-ing and the new camera has been a big help. I was really happy when I woke up and there was still frost on the ground. I had an entirely different chase concept finished, then I heard the 8 bazillion birds in my walnut tree & knew they would take off when I opened the front door. The photo turned out better than I hoped. Thanks again!

Chase turned out very, very well. A case of fate intervening it seems. :-) What was your original idea?

Well, it involved Rochester the wonder dog and a ball.
I like the birds better.

For a dog Rochester's size, do you have to use like a basketball to play fetch? :-)

The birds turned out wonderfully!

No, he has two toys called Jolly Balls, the are about the size of volleyballs. They have a handle on them to carry them by, but Rochester doesn't do that. He gets the ball in his mouth, he has a big mouth. He used to have one the size they make for horses, but it had an unfortunate incident with the tractor.

No, he has two toys called Jolly Balls,

lol... sorry, the adolescent in me is peeking out. :-)

I cannot believe he can put a volleyball sized ball in his mouth! Crap! He'd definitely make short work of somebody's head if he chose to do so!

Maybe I'll be able to post one of the photos I have with him biting into his jolly balls. Yep, I had to say it again to see if you started giggling!

I bought my dog a horse ball with the handle and she loved it. She did however try to carry it by biting into it instead of using the handle and popped it. She still throws it up in the air, though!

Giggling like a schoolgirl in fact... errrr... in a masculine way of course. :-)
