Something’s wrong.
Hakkai felt stiff and restricted. He carefully moved his arms and legs.
Hands and feet are bound.
He slowly opened his eyes and looked around. The only light source in the room was a shaded window. The shadows didn’t give up much, but he could see three familiar outlines.
The others look to be okay.
Hakkai racked his foggy mind.
We’re at the inn, having lunch. And the food …
He heard Sanzo moan. Hakkai opened his eyes.
Someone walk towards them from the shadow.
“Who knew it was so easy to catch the Sanzo Ikkou?” crowed their captor.
