excuse me, but i noticed that are no challenge tags for challenge 036 thru challenge 140. is there are reason for this omission?

The reason is simply that no one ever tagged them. The tags were introduced in 2009 rather than at the community's start, and tags have been added sporadically to the old posts as we have free time.
