Usually I hate mornings. But today is perfect. A day right on the edge of summer; you can taste the coming heat of day even now. Meditation should start this day. I like the way that the perfect day is already a paradox - a conjunction of the hated and the desired, the mind and the body just knocking the soul out of the frame. Yeah, the day should start with meditation - but...
