Let's hear it for a comeback!

Okay, so I've officially been back on the horse for 2 weeks. Let's hope we can keep this up. I'm also, as of today, back to where I was before my little sabbatical. I max out at 27 push ups, and 80 crunches (I'm actually higher on the crunches than I was before.)

I also noticed that the 100 pushups site that this community is using has changed their program a bit. Nothing major, just moved some numbers around to different sets. A few more in set x, a few fewer in set y, that kinda thing. I'm still using the old program, only because that's what I have printed out and is easy for me to write my notes down on. I don't really think it matters too much, so I'm not gonna switch, but y'all are welcome to do whatever you think best.
