I've made a lot of posts lately...

You know...living on your own is great. No rules, besides you know bills and making sure you don't get fired or kicked out of your apartment. You can get the food you want, and eat it when you want. You can have parties, have friends over...you know, pretty much what you want when you want it.

But it's times like right now when living on your own is not so great. It's times when you write out three bills. One for 145, one for 60 and one for 500. That on it's own sucks. But you have the money, so it's okay. You've got what you need to make it through the next day. Then you go to your mailbox. You grab this envelope. It's got the name of your school on it. Honestly, you know that style of envelope...but you don't understand why you could be getting another bill. You open it...expecting maybe a couple hundred, like some sort of payment they forgot to charge you for. A couple hundred...you could manage that. But what about 986 dollars....due in less than a month.
Now lets also imagine that you can only work four shifts a week because of school...so that's about 70 per shift. Thats close to 300 each week. So...in a month? You couldn't afford that even if you didn't have the 85 dollar bill, 500 dollar rent, 145 dollar insurance and 60 dollar internet. But what about food? And gas, you know, so you can get to work and school.

None of this would even be an issue if one thing had gone as you'd planned...your parents paying for half of your school, like they had promised all of your childhood. But they didn't so now you have a couple of options.
1. - tell them they need to come up with the money, and have them blame you for whatever
2 - take out a loan that you may or may not be able to pay off
3 - Drop out of school so that you don't have to pay that 1000 dollars.
And what about next semester? If you pay this amount of money, you won't have the money for next semester...nearly guaranteed. So do you take a year off of school so you can get money back up and kicking? Or do you go to a community college and hope that your two years of credits get completely counted? AND hope that you can afford even that?

Sorry, i'm having a bit of a mental breakdown. So srsly, if you would like to...call me. Leave a message. Wish me luck or something. Cuz i don't know what the fuck I'm going to do.
And that's really all I have to say.
