Achieved?
Every entry in the book "1001 Foods - The Greatest Gastronomic Sensations on Earth" will have been eaten*
Why?
You may be realising that I love food a fair bit. A lot of my books relate to food, one way or another. I bought
this book a few months back and absolutely adore it. It is, of course, only one persons opinion of the greatest food on earth, but it is a good starting point for me :-)
I have already eaten probably 50% of the content of this book, however, my aim is go back through it and eat everything again, but this time, eat the 'best' version of that food. Either, find the ultimate recipe for it or actually attempt to eat it in the country it is from. I am nothing if not steadfastly passionate about food. I will also attempt to photograph everything as I eat them.
* There will be items that I will not eat: anything that I believe is an endangered species will not be tried.
