Character Name: Harvey Finevoice
Series: Atop the 4th Wall
Gender: Male
Age: Mid-30s
Species: Human
Appearance: Harvey's of average build, with short brown hair and brown eyes he bears an incredible resemblance to a certain comic book reviewer. A snappy dresser, he's never seen in anything but a tux and a matching hat. Usually he'll have a cigarette as well, in his hand or mouth, but it's always unlit; can't be having anything that'll damage those million dollar pipes, after all.
Personality: Harvey's about as smooth as a lounge singer ought to be, with a dash of cockiness on the side. He’s proud of his talents and he's not shy about talking himself up to others, especially dames. Luckily, his confidence is well-placed. He doesn’t just perform for the attention, either; he genuinely loves the music.
Harvey’s also very loyal to his friends. Though he’s rather private and tends to spend a lot of time off doing his own business, he’ll always have someone’s back if they get into trouble, no matter how dangerous the situation. He’s also quite perceptive when it comes to people and their issues. He tends to be able to identify the root of his friends’ problems, and his advice is always good. Basically, Harvey takes care of his people, at least when times are tough. For all that, he’s not particularly open about his own emotions, preferring to be the tough guy.
History: Not much is known about Harvey's history, or indeed his life outside Linkara's house. He's certainly a fairly well-known singer, having performed on stage with the likes of Dean Martin. More recently, he's been attempting to work with Linkara to start his own webshow. Attempting being the key word; the kid's personal problems seem to keep getting in the way. Harvey first got caught up in those when he came to help back Linkara up in the kid's' fight against his evil robot double, Mechakara. Sure, he ran off along with the others when it became obvious that theirs was a losing battle, but it still counts!
When Lord Vyce's influence began to extend itself, Harvey was a much more solid member of the team. Following Linkara's kidnapping, he stuck close to home, helping Pollo manage the show, counseling Iron Liz, and fighting the Shades that beamed down along with Linkara when he returned. He was also on hand after Linkara was beaten by Vyce, and participated in the final assault against the dimensional conqueror.
