Thinking that thinking is bad!

hey people, thought i'd say that dreams are strange and they make you think about stuff that when you think about it dosnt help you in the least to think about it. Ohhh im confused!! I hate being able to dream it just confuses everything!! And the more i think about it the less i remember about what i dreamt!!
