Characters: Envy!Hinamori and Ishida

Date: Thursday the 4th
Takes Place: Hogwarts grounds, late evening
Summary: After Envy's encounter with Kimblee while he was Hinamori, Ishida comes out of the school building and spots 'her'. Knowing Ishida is in on that snogging contest, Envy decides he might as well allow Ishida this kiss while he's Hinamori...For his own goals, of course.
It was nearing curfew, and Ishida guessed it was about safe to take a quick walk around outside in the fresh evening air to cool off after that frantic kissing run. He was still hyped up from landing 8 successful kisses, only because he fled the scene as soon as he landed a successful kiss.
So, he decided that a bit of late night stargazing would calm him down. After walking around the grounds for a while, he saw someone under one of the trees, and noticed it was Hinamori. He decided this would be a good chance to snag a kiss from her, with no Hitsugaya around.
Envy!Hinamori settled 'herself' back under the tree. Mission successful, Envy though gleefully. He'd gotten Kimblee to kiss Hinamori. Now, since Kimblee had gone, he could change back and resume reading...although, he'd need to use lumos soon. Damn, wasted all that time for a kiss?. Frowning, Envy!Hinamori looked up in time to notice a figure. Squinting, 'she' recognized him. Ishida. Wasn't he also in the contest...? And here he was, as Hinamori, in the open...oh, shit.
Deciding to make the best of this situation, after all, maybe hearing Hinamori got kissed by two guys would further anger Hitsugaya, Envy stayed put.
Ishida decided it'd be best to probably sneak the kiss in amidst a conversation rather than kiss and run this time. Hinamori was in his house, and less likely to seek revenge after this happened.
Ishida walked up to what he thought was Hinamori, and sat down next to 'her'.
"Not real easy to see the stars underneath a tree." Ishida commented, looking up through the tree's branches and leaves above him.
Wonderful, Envy groaned. He wants to talk! Envy!Hinamori gave a small smile. "No, it isn't, is it?" 'She' looked up at the still leafy branches, then back at Ishida. "I wasn't watching the stars, though. Just thinking. Why are you out at this time?"
Ishida smiled at her, "I was feeling a little bit restless, and figured a bit of fresh air would settle me down. I've been inside all day today. What have you been thinking about? Or you too shy to share?"
Envy!Hinamori looked out over the lake. "It is a beautiful night..." 'She' gave a little frown at Ishida's question. "Nothing very important, I mean...Just thinking on classes and various people." Rubbing 'her' book bag in a rather thoughtful way, as Envy was struggling to act unlike himself for this conversation, Envy!Hinamori looked back at Ishida and smiled. "Do you know any of the constellations?"
"Ah! Yes I do. I always managed to pass my Astronomy class with top gades!" Ishida smirked.
"Here, I'll point out my favorite constellation to you." Ishida felt he might need to speed things up a bit, so he grabbed Hinamori by the wrist and gently pulled her to her feet and guided her out from under the tree, into the open air. He pointed up in a northwestern direction. "My favorite constellation, Cygnus! The goose that rose from the ashes like a phenoix. So amazing that such a plain bird could live like one of the world's most beautiful birds."
Envy!Hinamori laughed softly at Ishida’s comment, following him from under the cover of the tree and looking up at the star-speckled sky. Peering to where the Ravenclaw pointed, Envy saw nothing. Cygnus? A goose? In a bunch of dots? How do people come up with this?
However, he pretended to see it, and Envy!Hinamori let out a soft, ‘ooh!’
“I think I see it…Oh, it’s an amazing story. A goose as a phoenix. I’ve never heard of the constellation before.”
Ishida looked down at Hinamori, and smiled. He placed one hand on her opposite shoulder, leaned around, and kissed her gently on the lips for about two seconds. He quickly disengaged, gasped, "Thank you!" and sprinted back to the castle.
Envy!Hinamori stared after him, mouth slightly open. Well, that was abrupt! Amused, Envy shifted back to his own form, smirking after Ishida. "Wonder what all the boys will think when Hinamori 'forgets' they kissed her...Or maybe they'll never know." Shrugging, he ran a hand through his hair and set off back towards the castle at a more sedate pace than Ishida's.
