this*Some distance out to sea, any human who might happen to be nearby this particular area may wonder why there's a gray fighter jet circling in the sky above for no apparent reason. Or at least, no apparent reason that immediately seems obvious. The jet doesn't appear to be about to leave anytime soon either. Instead, it just

First things first, figuring out just where the slag everything is here would be nice. Maybe there's something in the main control room, a map or something, that he can go look at.
Behind Shifter, the black and silver tetra-alt Seeker seems to step out of thin air. He stands there in the shadows of the doorway, silently watching the Eurofighter for a few moments, trying to decide if it's worth it to bother this strange mech, or just wander off and tour the base for himself.

*absentmindedly, without turning around:* Hey, Dusky.

He absently wonders where Duskwing got himself off to since them. He seemed like a pretty okay mech, and didn't seem to think it was weird to save some other mech's sparklets, which Blackstar knows some of the mechs he used to fly with would have looked at him funny for doing. Maybe this guy knows where Dusky's at. He smiles wickedly and leans against the door frame.
"Actually, that's who I was lookin' for. You seen him around?"

*Definately not Duskwing, then.*
*And yet, this mech had evidently managed to enter the room without Echoshift noticing at first. In much the same manner as Duskwing had done before. And it was because of this that Echoshift had mistaken this black and silver Seeker for the purple and dark blue one in the first place: Duskwing had only been able to enter without being noticed because he was a ghost.*
*...wait. Hold that thought.*
*Echoshift rests a hand next to the keyboard and leans casually against the computer console. He tilts his head slightly at Blackstar and adopts an expression of friendly curiosity.*
Mm, I might've done. You a pal of his?

*He gives Blackstar a considering sort of look, still curious.*
So. How'd you manage to get in here? The only Seeker who's managed to sneak up on me like that before is Dusky.

"Dusky showed me how to get in. Guess I'm just naturally quiet."
Reply
Mm. You might be, but that door behind you isn't.
*the grin still on his face grows a little wider*

"We all got our own unique talents, y'know."

*the grin turns a touch more conspiratorial* Sure, I know alright.
*after a moment:* So then, are you new here or what?

Next, you'll might need to be filled in on some stuff if you don't know it already. How much can you tell me about the status quo on Earth?

"Snowcat. He had a litter of sparklets. Little zamboni things. With missiles." Because, really? The missiles were cute. "Demolishor was pretty pissed about it all and kept threatening to scrap them, so I took them to Rodimus. Figured with the truce and all, the Autobots could look after them."
He gives Echoshift an odd look. "You didn't know?"
Reply
...No. I didn't know. When did that happen?
