A week away in New York lobbying has made me tired, only slightly optimistic, and way behind in work. Nonetheless I am in love with youth having their voice heard and shaking things up at the UN. I am also thrilled to have meet so many passionate people and I have been asked to step up for the Agents of Change coordinator positon for the NGO SustainUS. It would be pretty sweet and basically I would help to get all the delegations ready for CSocD, CSD, and the COP. Oh and I would get to go to the COP.. which is in freakin Bali! Ya right now it's looking like I will be spending time in Decemeber lobbying in Bali and working once again with youth to freakin shake things up because it's so needed. I have also finally decided to be an RA next year, so that should be fun. Yeah, 3 more weeks of intensity and I will be back for the summer, working, SLTPing it, and hopefully relaxing. Ok that's the end of my procrastinating- carbon neutraility meeting here i come....
