Circles, the lost chapter (3 1/2 / 4)

So, I realized like months after finishing my first Annie/Jeff fic, Circles, that I hadn't solved one pretty obvious storytelling step in part three.  So, I wrote it :)  I edited the original entries where I posted chapters 3 and 4 to reflect the changes, so I'll just link them here instead of reposting :)
