bleh
i will be skinny again if its the last thing i do!!!
so far today all ive had is:

fiber one (60)
tuna (80)

later on today i plan on having:

yogurt (60)
salad with chicken (~100)

total for the day: ~300

not too shabby i guess
heres my planned outtake for the day:
(ill keep posted with whether or not i acccomplish it or not)

10 min routine (200)
30 min elliptical (300)
1000 crunches
thigh exercises
45 side leg lifts
