AM SWIM: I was in my lane alone today. Then Tracy moved us so I was happy, I was in the breaststroke lane. Did our set, got tired, felt dizzy. God I'm so tired it feels like I only got like 1 hour of sleep last night. What the hell is it with psycho old people who act like they don’t see me riding my bike. I was almost hit like 5 times today. They all should just go to a little island where they can drive as crazy as they want to. If they hit someone, they will already be old and crusty. Ok maybe that’s a little inconsiderate but they piss me off!
Rode home, watched the butterfly effect (good movie).Then when I got home I jumped rope (700 jumps), did some sit-ups (350), then did some push-ups (175). And it was already time to go to the pm swim practice.
PM SWIM: I should have not even gone. It was so freakin hard. I'm so beat.
I saw the presidential debate. Kerry won like always.
