Step 1.
<< Duplicate the layer & set it to Soft Light. Duplicate again and keep it at Soft Light. Duplicate once more again at Soft Light but change the Brightness & Contrast [Shift + B] Brightness: 46 Contrast: 20. Duplicate the Brightness & Contrasted layer and keep it at Soft Light. Merge All the Sharpen. It kind of gives her a glowing effect, which I like ^^

Step 2.
<< Add a new Raster Layer and Flood Fill with a Periwinkle Blue. [Yes this is to change to color of her dress] I used #4AA6FC. Erase around everything so just her dress is covered with the blue. Set it to Color Legacy with a 70% opacity.
Step 3.
<< Add a new Layer and Flood Fill with the same Periwinkle Blue. Set it to Color Legacy with a 42% opacity. This kind of gives it a blue-ish tint, it looks very nice. Add a new Layer, put THIS gradient, set it to Soft Light. Add another layer, add THIS gradient, set to Soft Light. Then add another Layer, add THIS light texture, set it to screen. Then add another Layer and Flood Fill a color. I chose #F4DA8D. Set it to Color Legacy 100% opacity.
** I know that was a LOT of steps but if you are confused this is how your layers should look:
Layer 6 (Tan-ish Flood Fill)
Layer 5 (Light Texture / Screen)
Layer 4 (Gold Gradient / Soft Light)
Layer 3 (Pink Gradient / Soft Light)
Layer 2 (Blue Flood Fill)
Layer 1 (Blue dress)
Merged (Base Layer)
Step 4.
<< Add a new Layer and use THIS texture to Soft Light. Erase the texture over her face and neck.
Step 5.
<< Go down to the Merged Base Layer and Duplicate it. Drag the Duplicate up to the top of the icon and set it to Soft Light. Then add a new layer and Flood Fill it with a grey-ish color. I used #9C988F. Set it to Soft Light. And your done! ^^
** You could also add text, but I think that text might overdue it. I ♥ Feedback! & Id love to see what you all have made!
