About 30 years ago, in Russia, a psychologist having heard that I practiced a buddhist meditation said to me that I'd been training concentration at the expense of other spiritual qualities. 30 years ago I didn't find what to say in response, now I know that there are no any spiritual qualities beyond concentration which contains them all.
