Can any good come from an aspiring game designer who doesn't want to hear about other games for fear of polluting his ideas? Sadly, he wasn't the most reactionary one at the table.
I have the double shame of having one of my mistakes recorded as "this is the right way to do things", and of having that enshrined mistake be video game related.
Found literature is awesome. What'd be even more awesome would be free time in which to actually read it, though.
Don't think I'm ready to fully exist quite yet. I'm trying my hand at microblogging, but there's always the nagging worry that I'll topic out soon.
