I had a scheduled doctor's appointment today for an annual pap smear and renewal of my birth control.
While there, I fainted and during the time I was out, had a mild seizure. Had I had this seizure anywhere else, I would have been rushed to an emergency room.
I am under immense amounts of stress:
My long distance boyfriend, whom I haven't seen in 2 months, told me at 2:00 this morning, when I asked him if he missed me, "Yes and no.".
I am putting my final two semesters together for UCF, both of which I will need to commute to Orlando twice a week for, with the intent to graduate with a Bachelor's in History in May.
I may have acute bronchitis, which could lead to asthma. (Thanks Mom and second hand smoke.)
My blood sugar peaked after my seizure, and after I had been fasting for over 12 hours, which is very bad. My high blood sugar may have caused the seizure, but we won't know until I go to the hospital next week for an MRI on my brain and an EEG to test my brain-wave activity. Why my blood sugar was so high after fasting is another problem of it's own. I've been told to avoid sugar completely, other than natural, (fruit), and things I can't avoid like carbs. Sugar in moderation is the name of the game.
And I have to go back to the doctor's in two weeks to finish my physical and to run tests on my heart and lungs.
I'm 22 for crying out loud! WTF!
