The Simpson Hotel
This winter break i got to visit the beautiful Simpson Hotel Bed and Breakfast in a small town called Duncan, out in eastern Arizona. Family friend, Deborah Mendelsohn completely revamped the Old West hotel from 1914, keeping its historic elegance but bringing a unique, earth friendly feel to the place.
