Mark of Mastery only came with 3 AR cards

I pre-ordered my Mark of Mastery edition from Amazon, and when it arrived it only came with three AR cards, as opposed to the five it should have! I've googled a bit and it seems that other people have had this problem, and that both Square Enix and Amazon have been made aware of it (it seems to be mostly, but not entirely, people who ordered from Amazon having this problem). However, I've heard nothing about any possible solution to this problem.

I AM aware that you can scan a picture of the AR cards on your computer and still get your Dream Eaters that way, however to me that's not really the point. Does anyone have any more information about this?
