IM ON A DIET!!!
heres my plans:
TWO CHOICES OF DAILY FOOD PLANS
NUMBER ONE
Breakfast- Salad with a fruit
snack-Half a yogurt
Lunch- Fruit popsicle (80 cals!!)
snack-Half a yogurt
Dinner- rice, spagetti, half a sandwhich, or noodles w/ a vegetable
NUMBER TWO
breakfast- Eggwhites w/ tomato or bell pepper
snack- half a yogurt
Lunch- Fruit
snack-half a yogurt
dinner- Salad with ham
EACH ONE IS UNDER 1000 CALORIES (first one is only 600 calories but i think the seocond one is around 800-900) NO JUNK FOOD. if i shall eat junk food i have to do whatever shelby wants me to do that i hate. if i go over 1500 calories Chelsea has to force me to do whatever she wants me to do. Im gonna work out every other day for 30-60 minutes. i have until AUGUST 3RD.
