What is bad music? Rap music about bling bling and hoes and whatever else it is that the rich rappers have to gloat about. Generally I don't have a problem with any other kind of music, including rap music that is actually about something, but damn I can't stand the bling and hoes.

Opinions
opinion on war: I think wars are silly and I can't believe that they are still going on in this day and age, especially over such inane things. The War on Iraq in particular irks me, because it should be over and it never should have started in the first place - but that's not to say that I'm less angry about littler wars around the world that are about nothing but religion and land claims, and involve child soldiers and all sorts of other human rights violations.
opinion on drugs: I can't see the appeal of losing control of yourself on purpose, at least not for me. I don't condemn anyone who does like to get themselves high and drunk, but I really can't see why they would. I don't know, I'm a control freak.
opinion on abortion: I think it's important for there to be a choice. I wouldn't say that people should go around aborting babies left and right, but sometimes it's the only choice; rape, bad conditions. Abortion should be no means be used as a form of birth control, but I think that if the other option is a life of misery for the mother and child alike, it should be done.
opinion on gay marriage: I don't see the big deal. Gay people are the same as us and they love the same as us, so why can't they marry? All this about "saving the integrity of the institution of marriage!" is a load of crap - most gay couples that want to get married are probably more in love and more deserving of it than a lot of straight people because they've held out for it this long.
opinion on religion: I'm all for religion, but not so much for organized religion. Having something to believe in is a great thing and I really think more people should have that. Plus, most religions are at the very least a good set of rules to live your life by. However, organized religion is a huge, overbearing monster, and usually just gets people into fights and even wars.
opinion on hilary duff: I don't see how she's become this big star, at all. I kind of liked the show Lizzie Maguire, but I think the show would have been better without Lizzie herself... I was hoping her career would end there. She's not a spectacular actress or singer, but it's not like she's hurting anyone by singing Go-Gos covers.
