Don’t you think we should be thinking of a lot more than what the next day might bring? Shouldn’t we worry about how the decisions we make now will affect what will happen in the next ten years? Maybe it’s just me, but I think, as humans in a whole, we would be much better of if we stopped thinking only of ourselves and made it a goal to improve humanity as a whole. I just consider it common sense to grow up and think on a much larger scale.

So coming to my point, I guess what I am trying to say is stop fooling around in high school. You really only get one chance to have the future you were destined to follow. I know we don’t ever really think of it in that way, but maybe we should. If you think about it, we are shaping what we are going to become. I don’t personally think that you will have time to figure it out after high school, but maybe it’s the other way. Maybe high school is more of a social learning experience. Then college is designed for you to find your true self. Maybe high school is just about going through the steps. You really don’t learn anything of use in high school, but building blocks for college classes. You aren’t being trained for the outside world in that form.

So why do we go through high school the way we do now? Is it just a giant daycare till we can grow up enough to handle the outside world? But what I have noticed lately, no one is growing up anymore. They are just conforming to the pathetic behaviors of what they teach us not to be. Why is it so hard to have common sense? Why is it so hard for people to grow up?common sense? why is it so hard for people to grow up?
