Do we look to far into what each others actions mean?
Or do we not look hard enough?
Either way for some reason not many people have the faith in there accusations
to tell any one what they think someone else is doing from reading between the lines.
Usually everyone makes a mental note of what someone is doing through there nonverbal actions.
With this instinct, we realize people are trying to read through our actions,
so we try to put on a good show through everything.
I watched this interesting video in my oral communication class that explained this concept faintly.

Say there is Joe, and how he sees him self is called "Joe's Joe."
That is how he sees himself.
Say Joe sits on a bench next to Jane who also had a "Jane's Jane."
Well, Joe sorta watches Jane and forms an image of her in his head from her nonverbal actions called "Joe's Jane,"
and same with Jane.
Now, we have "Joe's Joe," "Jane's Jane," "Joe's Jane," and "Jane's Joe."
Well say Joe decides to talk to Jane.
He will talk to her by acting how he thinks she thinks he will act called "Joe's Jane's Joe,"
and Jane will talk back that same way using "Jane's Joe's Jane."
At the end of this you now have 6 perceptions,
and after all these perceptions,
you would understand how messages would get misunderstood,
but be amazed on how often they get through.
