Eee, my mom and I cleaned about half of the kitchen today. When we took out the stove, I was freaking out because I thought it was going to absolutely disgusting. It actually wasn't to bad. However, there was a smushed roach on my side of the stove (the side that I had to wipe off). As a result of the emotional damage I got from having to clean the dead roach off of the side of the stove, my mom is buying me Crest Whitestrips! Thank you, my darling roach.

I memorized my lines for Three Musketeers. I'm having my mom go through them with me every night so that I don't forget them. I'm afraid I'll forget them when I memorize the Arsenic and Old Lace lines. I often forget that I was in three shows at the same time last year...and I didn't forget the lines for any of them.

I also have to find monologues for competition/our opening showcase. Finding monologues is awfully difficult sometimes. In order to do well, I need to find some that I really connect with. Sometimes it seems hopeless. It will all work out, though.

At some point, I know we're going to have to start rehearsing for our competition one-act. I will need to learn lines for that too (assuming that I will have a speaking part).

So, in my mind, all mushed together will be:

-Three Musketeers
-Arsenic and Old Lace
-two contrasting monologues
-one-act lines
-a million songs that I will audition with for competition (I may be exaggerating)

I commend the people in the Shakespeare companies that use the repertory system. Seriously.

I got my first draft of my English essay on Book Censorship (Fahrenheit 451) done. Yesterday. I am so relieved. I know I'll have a lot of changes to make. But I don't have to worry about it at all this week. Thank God!

I did my math homework yesterday too!
And went swing dancing!

Everyone's a little bit racist sometimes..
Doesn't mean we go around committing hate crimes!

Thank You, Avenue Q!
