ex-future-boy-toy --- National Contest of Foreign Languages --- high school year
There are more news on my ex-future-boy-toy; he called me 'sunshine' yesterday and did everything to avoid his girlfriend while he seemed keen on spending time with me. I am laughing. So loud.

I participated in the National Contest of Foreign Languages with French and English; French was a disaster as to be expected (well, let's call it medium - it wasn't that bad, but not that good, either), while I rocked English creative writing and English listening comprehension (as to be expected). But the facts they wanted to know - guys? I tried to learn as much as possible about Alsace, not only about Strasbourg which automatically means that I didn't have enough time to learn things about Strasbourg in such detail that you required. Same goes for English - I've learned a lot about Lancashire and Yorkshire, but not which of those three tourist attractions I weren't to find in Blackpool.
Ah, well. I don't expect to reach the next round and I won't know until April/May, so no rush. At least I kicked ass in the parts that I deem important. ;)

The organisation who is going to find a school for us in the USA called my father and told him that they wouldn't recommend that my brother and I went to the same school because it might be harder for us to integrate then. My father told them that he thinks it's a great idea and they should do their job, basically. I love him (really, we're no complicated social cases - what are they worried about, that we can't handle being around each other and accommodating [I've never used this as an un-sexual term] to a new enviroment at the same time?). We'll get an offer containing two schools in two weeks tops. :)
