thanks for all the comments/advice. so here's how it played out:
1. i hung out with #1, to give it a shot, and he is certainly a very nice guy and attractive and we have fun together, but "why waste your time" was a good thought by miss poohbear. its true. dont throw yourself into something thats not there.
2. mr. two, unfortunately, has not gotten any less attractive, but he will remain unpersued. i have concluded that although he is really genuinely awesome and makes me laugh, i want those things in the context of a friendship and not a stupid hookup because they mean more and thats one less thing for me to worry about.
3. who's-behind-door-#3 will have to remain a mystery for right now. that's all, folks...sorry =).
so in the end, every choice turned out to be both right and wrong, which is somehow what i expected all along. and once again, everything extraordinarily falls into place.
