the holiday party at the restaurant last night was crazy. it took a while to get going, but my managers were all absolutely trashed, everybody was hooking up with everybody...it was a mess. but the music and the food and the drinks were very good, i saw a lot of people i havent seen in a while, and finally got to fix things with someone which made my whole night perfect.
went snowboarding at shawnee today with mike g. and mike s. it was insane...we got there at like 3, snowboarded for a couple hours, got some dinner, went back out, mike s. hit a snowboard jump on his ass and got about 4 feet of air. then we were sitting underneath the jump while he strapped back in and we were laughing too hard to notice the 7 maniac teenage-boy snowboarders heading for our jump...we only had time to duck. boy was that scary. then we headed home around 7, ran out of windshield wiper fluid, and went to a gas station to get some. mike s. pulled too far into the side lot at the gas station and when he tried to back out his tires got stuck, so he thought it would be smart to pull in like 10 feet farther, and thus we smashed into a snowdrift where we remained for almost two hours before a nice man hitched us to his truck and pulled us out. dont forget, it was 6 degrees outside. my toes still havent thawed out. so we finally got home around 10:30 and now im exhausted and going to sleep.
