(no subject)
Today was posssibly one of the worst days of my life.
It would take a phenominal amout of room to write it all down.
The most annoying part was the fact that every book in the Chronicles of Narnia has an AR test, except the 2nd book. Which, of course, is the one i chose to read. How is it that every single book in the series had a test except number 2? That is just plain stupid.
Then they wouldn't let me take 2 AR tests in one day. I don't understand it! Honestly people!
I was so mad i started crying in between 2nd and 3rd period.
We had Journalism interviews today, and i think i did all right. Mrs. Evans asked very strange and vague questions, but w/e. i think B really wants me on staff. YAY! Mrs. Akridge really made me feel good about myself too, she kept talking about how Mrs. Stayton kept giving her my stuff to read and how great she thought it was. Although, she made me really miss Mrs. Stayton. Mrs. Stayton called me brilliant every single day. She also stole half my portfolio, which wasn't so good.
Mrs. Penn seemed to lighten up whenever she heard that Mrs. Stayton thought i was brilliant. See, Mrs. Penn absolutely LOATHES me, but her and Mrs. Stayton got along pretty well. I think Mrs. Penn actually smiled at me, but i'm not sure as i didn't know she could smile.Brooke asked me why i wanted to be on Journalism staff and i said "because through writing you have to power to affect change, and i want to have that power." B also asked me if i wanted a leadership position, i said if i was offered one i would certainly take it. I would be delighted to make it on Journalism staff, much less in a leadership position.
All i know is i will be freaking out Monday until 10min break when the results are posted. I really hope i get on the staff, because i wasn't BSing when i said that i wanted to have the power to affect change.
I have to go to Saturday School tomorrow. yick. To make up a Bio test and then to get the rest of my AR points (dumb librarians). And then i'll go see about Bonus for math IF i have to time. Which i might. There are going to be a butt load of people at Saturday School tomorrow. Afterwards i'm going to Bowling Green with Tanya, Dezi, Dezi's mom and Tiff. We are getting Dezi and T's prom dresses and then hanging out. it'll be cool.
