It's interesting to see other ideas/concepts of Ethan-Giles relationship and the characters and everything -- definitely enjoying. You hit the nail pretty nicely when it comes to why I write Ethan in some of the ways I do -- I found I had to ask several questions. One, why does someone like Ethan keep going back to crappy little suburban Sunnydale? Huh? Like this guy doesn't have better stuff to do?
And I like how Ethan isn't necessarily 100% dominant here. I like them to be human -- wonderful and screwed up and everything that makes people what they are. And why they are.
