So I basically spent all of today doing homework. That is pretty much unheard of in my world. And the best part is, i'm not even done. I still have a write an essay for tomorrow morning, research and write a short paper about the history of Bern (a city in Europe, although since I have yet to do my research, I don't really know where) not to mention the regular homework assignments we have everyday for my german class, and i have to lead class discussion in my german lit class tomorrow. (But, since we are always behind in that class, it will probably be more like 10 minutes of class tomorrow and then the rest on wednesday.) On top of that I went to filled all the OTR cd orders we had (which was a lot), went to OTR practice, and managed to get a run in at the gym with 10 minutes until it closed. Good times. And now I am sitting here at the close of my ridiculous halloween weekend just praying that my class discussion goes well and that i can write another 300 words (in german) about my favorite summer vacation as a child. since i don't really remember any summer as being fantastically outstanding in any way, i'm just making one up where i combine all of the great things that i ever did in the summer into one long family vacation, and saying that i was six when we went on this obscenely wicked trip. So far, i have a three day car ride to north dakota to go to a family reunion. next i think i'll say we flew out to NC to visit john and anne, and then i might have to throw something in about going to disney world since we happen to be on the right hand coast at this point in my fictional great summer. too bad we never really took any epic trips like this, otherwise this whole thing would be way easier. but, i think i will include kerry puking on me because my car door was stuck (even though i know she did it on purpose. and i'm sure she'll deny it, but we all know it's probably way satisfying to puke on someone, even if it is your groovy little brother) Anyway, i think i'm going to finish my big gulp of water (because real big gulps are delicious and therefore unhealthy) and get back to writing my essay, so i can wake up in the morning and only have to do a little homework. bis später!
