What's...Valentine's Day? It seems like it has something to do with girls and gifts...but that's all I've really got on it. Oh! And that some people really like it and others really hate it.

...Do other worlds have more "days" for different things? Are they "holidays"? I've seen that term tossed around, too.

such things do not exist in kamina city, holidays?, valentine's day?

ROFL, OOPS, SAID THE SAME THING AS MAOU. EXACTLY. I FEEL LAME. ; w ;'' one_is_hikaru February 9 2009, 01:50:20 UTC
Valentine's Day is a day where girls give the guys they fancy gifts~ But there are just "friendship" chocolates, too.

And White Day, next month on the fourteenth, is when guys give the girls they fancy and the girls who gave them gifts, gifts back~ And there are still "friendship" chocolates.

You really don't know this stuff? About holidays?

XD it gives Simon something else to ask about~ 0_equals_100 February 9 2009, 01:59:22 UTC
Ohh...so are you from Japan, too?

Nope! My world is kinda boring compared to all the other stuff going on in the other worlds...customs-wise, that is.

W-Well, that's a better way of looking at it~ ; w ; one_is_hikaru February 9 2009, 02:04:05 UTC
Yup~ A lot of people are, here. There's even a guy who thinks he is Japan~

O, that explains it. You don't have any certain customs where you're from? That's weird.

Huh? That's...weird. Is Japan popular?

Not really...the stuff in it is pretty different, though. Beastmen, Gunmen (giant robots, basically), giant drills (eh heh, that's probably just me, though), underground cities, a weirdo surface population limit, things like that.

Countries, too? Wow...

Eh heh, I guess I didn't make that part clear...I'm not a giant drill, I just...have giant drills, I guess. It's kind of symbolic. My Gunmen has drills, I have the Core Drill, I used to dig with drills in my old village...

Dentist? More confusing things...

Uh, well, I'm not sure about this "super commoner construction worker" thing, but it's just a giant drill.

It's very, uh, earthy. We just built the first surface city for humans.

Computers? Yeah! We have plenty of technology!

Then Hikaru will teach him! \o one_is_hikaru February 9 2009, 03:20:39 UTC
So if you have plenty of technology, why don't you know what a flash-drive is? Do your computers have USB ports?

It's a little portable drive that you store things on, so you can upload it on any computer. It's really useful, and they often come in cute shapes and things.

Uh, well, I'm sure we have something like that. It's just not called that.

I don't...really work with the computers I just kind of run the new government.
