totally freaking blew it last night. Ate chicken/veggie meal = 280 calories, 2 slices of bread+ butter = 300 calories, then ritz and dip = 200 calories THEN 2 glasses of juice = 400 calories
total damage = 1180 + 920 from the whole day = 2100 !!!
Okay, so i know this: I can NOT eat a meal on MW at the cafe. with my boyfriend and then go home afterward. See, most of the other nights I stay at his house which has LITERALLY no food whatsoever. When I go "home" (i live with his parents) there's ALWAYS a cake, dinner food and the only things they have to drink in the house are LOTS of juice, REALLY sugarry soda (Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew).
So, I'm going to call that an Up Day and now we're on a Down Day. I know this: I won't be eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. And I'm going to extend this DD to noon tomorrow, after I work out. So I've got a plan to succeed.
Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up again.
