So far it looks like +10/15 which is 67% (D). Oh well. The calories will go down but the water, veggies and exercise should all go up by one.
so i've lost about a lb in the last few days. my average caloric intake has been 1990 (not including today). Which goes to show how much I haven't been trying. I think i cut about 500-600 out every day for the last few days which is an actual pound and not water weight. So I think I'll be able to reach my goals...
I had one set for March first, which will be hard to meet. 7lbs in a week is a little difficult, but whatever I don't lose I'll lose in time for my next goal.
My real and defined goals are outlined on my info page, but I also break it down month to month...
STG: March 1st : 139 reward: are you joking?
then, April 1st : 131 reward: ???
MTG: May 1st : 127 reward: new jacket! ($75)
then, June 1st : 122 reward: new jeans! ($85)
then, July 1st : 117 reward: bathing suit ($50)
then, August 1st : 114 reward: spa day! ($125)
EDIT: so 8/15. After the movie (michael clayton) I got pretty sick, had to eat something to see if that is why I was feeling ill, and then didn't get to work out or do anything else because i went to sleep at about 9. So 8/15 isn't bad for getting sick. The only problem is, that if I don't go to work today, I fear that I won't get any exercise, won't eat well and I won't do well tomorrow either.

Cal: +2 (under 1500) should help drinking lots of tea
Veg: +2 i will drink lots of soup and put veggies in them
h2O: +3 drinking lots of fluids will help me get better
EXE: +2 hopefully i'll go to work today, if not then: 0, because i'm sick
JRN: +3 that one is easy!
so today (friday) should be a 12/15 day if I go to work, and 9/15 otherwise.
getting 15/15 any day = +3 for being a super star!
